The In-Person Broadway Official Online Masterclass (BOOM) Summer Intensive is a five-day program for students who have a passion for performing. 

Each student will study the three disciplines of acting, singing and dancing. 
 Ages 14-19
The week includes:
  • Voice lessons and vocal technique 
  • Song interpretation for musical theatre 
  • Audition technique
  • Self taping class
  • Dance classes 
  • Audition workshop with casting directors
  • Showcase AND performance for friends, family and industry professionals

A London-based actress, Malinda Parris was most recently seen in &Juliet as the nurse.  She has played the part of an Ensemble in the West End production of Mary Poppins. She started acting when she was thirteen years old, appearing in Tin Pan Ali, an Edinburgh Fringe production. After this, Malinda became part of Bugsy Malone at the Queen’s Theatre and Oklahoma at the Peacock Theatre.  She was also seen as Mass Carib (Nitro), Footloose in the UK Tour, Little Shop Of Horrors at the Wolsey Theatre, Aladdin at the Lyric Theatre, The Light Princess and Caroline, Or Change at the National Theatre, Parade at the Donmar Warehouse, and Matilda with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and the Film Everybody is Talking about Jamie


Kerry Ellis most recently seen in Anything Goes in the West End.  She originated the role of Meat, in Queen’s We Will Rock You and was the first British Elphaba in the West End smash, Wicked, for which Kerry won the 2008 Whatsonstage.com Award for ‘Best Takeover in a Role’. She then immediately transferred to Broadway and played Elphaba at the Gershwin Theater for 6 months, where she won the Broadway.com Audience Award for Favourite Female Breakthrough Performance, before returning to London for 6 months in 2009. Her many other leading role credits include Nancy in Oliver! at Drury lane, Eliza Doolittle My Fair Lady, Ellen in Miss Saigon and Fantine in Les Miserables.
Kerry took over from Nicole Scherzinger as the role of Grizabella in Cat’s in 2015 at the London Palladium.

A two-time Drama Desk Award nominee, Bianco made her West End debut
starring in the Menier Chocolate Factory’s production of Forbidden
Broadway at the Vaudeville Theatre. This summer she can be seen as
Glinda in The Wizard Of Oz at The London Palladium.
New York credits include Forbidden Broadway (Drama Desk Award
nomination), Application Pending (Drama Desk Award nomination), The
Marvelous Wonderettes, It Must Be Him, and Newsical the Musical. Other
notable credits include Hello Dolly (Indianapolis Symphony), Joseph and
The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Fanny
Brice in Funny Girl (Theatre Marigny – Paris, Winner Trophees De Le
Comedie Musicale), LV in the UK tour of The Rise And Fall Of Little Voice.
Television credits include ITV’s The Imitation Game, POP TV's sitcom
Impress Me, Hallmark’s Signed, Sealed, Delivered, and frequent voice
work for RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Bianco captured international acclaim as a YouTube sensation with her
‘diva’ impression videos gaining over 25 million views. She has performed
on television programs such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Today
Show, The Paul O’Grady Show and This Morning.
She has performed her critically acclaimed solo concerts around the world,
including two UK tours and runs in Switzerland, Spain, South Africa and
Australia at The Sydney Opera House.
Christina frequently tours with major US and Canadian symphonies and
performs her solo symphony show under the direction of renowned

Carl Man is a London-based actor and singer who’s been professionally working in theatre shows. 
Credits include 
West End: &Juliet as Romeo and Shakespeare, Wicked as Fiyero and soon to be on the UK tour as Fiyero.

Richard J. Hinds is an award-winning Director/Choreographer whose work has been seen on television and stage. He is also an educator on faculty at Broadway Dance Center.

Grant Martin graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Music, Commercial Composition and Technology. Musical Director on the UK/Hong Kong tour of Avenue Q, he also toured with Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Previous shows include We Will Rock You; Rent; Into The Woods; The Drowsy Chaperone; Copacabana; Spring Awakening; Little Shop of Horrors; La Cage Aux Folles; Putting It Together and more, along with prominent pantomimes including The Grove Theatre and the Theatre Royal Bury St. Edmunds.

Grant spent several years as Musical Director for Royal Caribbean International, arranging for the orchestras and leading the music programme. He continues to work in that industry via Live Business Entertainment as Musical Supervisor and Arranger.

Grant has previously taught at several other academies, including Urdang, Mountview, Bodywork Company Dance Studio, ArtsEd London and East 15, and can also be found working as a jazz pianist, whilst maintaining his passion for composing and performing original material.
